Job Description:
- Oversee and play a key role in maximizing the overall effectiveness and efficiency of Salesforce for the Sales and Customer Solutions organizations.
- Develop and implement the customizations and applications within Salesforce to allow for a more efficient environment.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective and scalable products within Salesforce.
- Maintain and enhance visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to enhance business processes and end user experience.
- Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain performance of the platform.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience with Apex and the Lightning Component Framework within Salesforce.
- Ability to be quick with implementations and working within an Agile development team.
- Salesforce Admin Certification
