Job Description:
- Identifies and documents business, functional, and user requirements. Lead the team in integrating and implementing systems and applications and provide help desk third tier support to customers as needed.
- Interface with customers for requirements clarifications, identify gaps and fill gaps.
- Partner with program manager, quality assurance and developers to ensure product integrity.
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are met through the development of the product.
- Coordinate meetings with customers for reviews, clarifications etc.
- Maintains documentation of procedures and processes developed and/or revised to ensure business continuity of work.
- Establishes timelines and effectively communicates with team members while taking responsibility and accountability for our own workload.
- Analyzing requirements traceability throughout the system development life cycle
- Facilitating the development of test scripts and test data necessary for performing user acceptance testing
- Creating project documentation including meeting minutes, deliverables, project status reports, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business technology or related field with seven plus years of related software experience.
- Technical expertise must include MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project and familiarity of relational database queries.
- Demonstrable skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
