Job Description:

  • 10+ years of relevant IT industry experience, 3-5+ years’ experience working as a dedicated data architect.
  • Industry specific experience within Supply Chain, Transportation or Warehousing
  • Proven technical experience with Data Modeling, API integration and Advanced Analytics
  • Ability to be hands on with API work and Data Modeling
  • Strong Cloud experience either AWS or Azure is acceptance (client is using Azure)
  • Experience working with ER/Studio (data architecture and database design software developed by IDERA)
  • Strong ETL programming skills including experience with pipeline orchestration tools, logging, monitoring & alerting, deep troubleshooting, and automated testing & deployments
  • Strong experience with SQL, data transformations, migration, statistical analysis, and troubleshooting across more than one Database Platform (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redshift, Amazon RDS for Oracle etc.)
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
  • Experience working in all phases of full life cycle data analytics development: Requirements, Architecture, Design, Testing, and deployment.
  • Experience working across multiple supply chain projects/ products, Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in Linux and IBM DB2 is mandatory.
  • Experience with a variety of database technologies, such as Linux DB2, SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
